SBI PO written test 2019 – Recruitment of Probationary Officers in SBI, Written Exam on 28.04.2019…State Bank of India has issued a notification in January for the recruitment of 1500 Posts of Probationary Officers. SBI PO Selection procedure: It will be held in two phases. In Phase-I, a Written Examination for 250 marks it consists of Objective Tests and Descriptive Test.
SBI PO Objective Tests (200 marks): The SBI PO Objective Tests with 2-hour duration will consist of 4 Sections with 50 marks each as follows:
- Test of English Language (Grammar, Vocabulary, Comprehension etc.)
- Test of General Awareness, Marketing and Computers
- Test of Data Analysis and Interpretation
- Test of Reasoning (High Level)
The candidates are required to qualify in the Objective Tests by minimum qualifying marks, in each of the tests, to be decided by the SBI.
The Descriptive Test with 1-hour duration will be of Test of English Language with comprehension, short précis, letter writing & essay for 50 marks. The qualifying marks to be decided by the SBI. Descriptive Test paper of only those candidates will be evaluated who have scored qualifying marks in the Objective Tests.
In Phase-II, Group Discussion for 20 marks and Interview for 30 marks. The qualifying marks in Group Discussion & Interview will be as decided by the SBI. Final Selection based on the performance in both in Phase-I and Phase-II. Date of Recruitment of Probationary Officers in SBI written examination is 28.04.2019 Sunday.
SBI PO 2019 Call letters for written examination: The SBI Call Letter will not be sent by post. The all applied candidates should download their SBI PO call letter and acquaint yourself booklet by entering their registration number and password or DOB (date of birth), after 08th April 2019 from the SBI website.
The applied candidates must bring one photo ID proof like passport, Aadhaar card, PAN Card, Driving License, Voter’s ID Card with duly attested by Gazetted Officer. The photocopy of Identity proof should be submitted along with the call letter to the invigilators in the examination hall.
