How to get AP Fire Services Provisional NOC for Buildings in online
Registration: Those who wish to apply for the No Objection Certificate should first go to the www.fireservices.ap.gov.in website. In this, click on the English “Apply for Provincial NOC”. You will need to enter the name, email address, phone number, birth date, Aadhaar card number, address etc. The applicant comes with a password for the phone number. It must be registered. Then the entry into the NOC portal of the documents upload is available.
Submit Application: Upon logging into the Provisional NOC Portal, the applicant must submit the application prepared for Provisional NOC or Occupancy Certificate and submit it online. The webpage validates the submitted application for correct and completeness. If any errors identified, the page will not allow the applicant to submit application up to rectified.
Check, report: Application submitted online will be posted on the dashboard of department and district fire department officials. Regional and district authorities will review the application and check the construction site and complete the inspection process and prepare the inspection report. Sections of the Officers are requested to make a note of the application form, building plan etc. The inspection report will review the report prepared by the officers of the department and review their senior officials.
Issuance NOC or rejection: The opinion of senior officers may be issued or rejected by the fire department after the examination of the Regional and district authorities Report. If the decision to issue NOC document is uploaded on the portal, reject a letter describing the reasons for rejecting it. If the notification is issued or denied, the information will be sent to the applicant by mail and phone.
