Application fee to Excise Constables Recruitment application fee is Rs.300/- for OC and BC category candidates and for SC/ST category the application fee is Rs. 150/-. The applicant has to pay the application fee at eseva, APOnline or meeseva centres only.
The procedure of Selection of Excise Constables: The applicants have to attend three stages of the test to become Constables in Prohibition & Excise Department.
1. Preliminary Qualifying Test is a ‘run’ of 4 km for men and 2 km for women. The men have to complete the run within 20 minutes and the women within 13 minutes.
2. Physical Efficiency Test with two levels of scrutiny and five events of physical tests in 100 meters run, High Jump, Long Jump, Shotput and 800 meters Run.
3. Written Test: The candidates who qualify in the Excise Constables Recruitment Physical Efficiency Test will have to appear for a Written Test, which will consist of 100 objective questions in General Aptitude, General Knowledge. The level of Written Test questions will be of S.S.C standard. The candidate will be allowed to take the exam in any of the three languages (English, Telugu or Urdu).
