This year Gujarat National Law University is conducting CLAT 2020 examination. GNLU is receiving the Online Application Form for CLAT 2020 exam from 1st this month for the Common Law Admission Test for admissions to their LL.B and LL.M for the academic year 2020. 31st March 2020 is the last date for submitting CLAT 2020 Online Applications.
CLAT 2020 Online Application form Procedure:
Candidates have to apply online on the CLAT website www.clat.ac.in. All Candidates must create an account on the CLAT website. A candidate will have to make the payment on submitting the Online Application Form. The mode of payment through the website is both online and offline. The online payment can be made through net-banking, debit card, credit card etc.
Who is eligible to apply CLAT 2020?
For paying the fees offline through the website, the candidate will have to download the ‘Bank Challan’ that will be generated with the required information, as filled in by the candidate, and make the payment with additional bank charges at any branch of the SBI. After making the requisite payment at the bank, the candidate needs to upload the scanned PDF copy of the ‘Bank Challan’ and also fill in the details as required at the relevant section of the website.
CLAT Application Fee: Rs 4,000/- for General candidates. Rs 3,500/- for SC / ST candidates.
CLAT 2020 Important Dates:
- The last date for the receipt of application form is 31st March 2020.
- Admit Cards are available from 14th April 2020.
- CLAT 2020 will be held on 11th May 2020.
- CLAT 2020 results will be declared on 31st May 2020.
CLAT 2020 Eligibility Criteria
The candidates should have a Senior Secondary School / Intermediate (10+2) or its equivalent qualification from a recognized board with 45% (40% for SC / ST / OBC / PWD) of marks in aggregate for LLB.
Eligibility Criteria for Postgraduate Programmes: The candidates should have an LL.B / B.L degree or an equivalent degree with 55% (50% for SC / ST / OBC /PWD) of marks from any of the recognised universities. Candidates who are appearing for final year/sem degree examination are also eligible to appear in the test.
