For Assam online Salary preparation visit finassam.in . Use the username and password of the DDO and Login thereafter.
- After logging a new page appears to select the Bills tab
- In Bills Page select Employee tab to select Employee details
- Details of the employee like PAN, GPF, Bank Account Number available to edit
- If need to be corrected, the same can be done by clicking on the Add/Edit Employees button.
- For creating the different pay bills and allotting the concerned employees to the respective Bills use Bill forms.
Assam Online Salary Bill, Download Pay Bill
- Log on to Finassam portal www.finassam.in, search for the Employee Login Services for Employees.
- Here Sign in, Enter username and password.
- In Pay Bills, fill Basic Details particulars of the DDO Name, Designation, Office Name and Address. Click on Save.
- Select the month and year for which the salary is to be prepared. Then download entering the pay and allowances, deductions and recoveries for the employees present in the office.
- An excel sheet will get downloaded. The user can update the details of pay and allowances, deductions and recoveries against each employee.
- Later DDo generate the Pay bill after the employee verification of salary particulars
FINASSAM Login Forgot Password: In Logi page forgat password option available for the employee. The employee will receive an OTP on the registered mobile number and as usual, the User Name to reset the password.
